The EPC Void Property Manager enables you to manage all aspects of EPC Voids from creation through to completion supplemented by Reports.

The elements are - New Void - enables creation of a new void; Pending Survey - all pending projects where a survey date has not been allocated;  Survey Schedule - dates of surveys now scheduled;  Issues - those projects which have not been completed from  reasons such access, other building works etc;  All Projects - is a listing of all projects irrespective of status; EPC MEES Compliance  - all surveyed properties detailing EPC status.
