PENDING SURVEYS

This section is used for managing the status of New & Pending surveys. When a survey is scheduled the Status is changed to Scheduled with a Survey Date  and Assessor allocated. In the event that the project has not been completed for a variety of reasons - no access, keys not fitting, tenant failed to attend the project will appear on the Issues page.

You would typically expect the EPC Report to be lodged and completed within 48 hours. When a project is completed the details may be found on the All Projects page which includes the EPC Rating a link to the EPC Report and MEES Compliance. (wpdt-id23)
